Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP)

Guaranteed Asset Protection, or GAP, is designed to protect our customers from financial loss on their vehicle in the event of a total loss.

Sometimes accidents occur or a vehicle is stolen. In either situation, our customers may experience a total loss on their vehicle. If this happens to you, an insurance company will only pay for the current market value of the vehicle. However, the current market value of the vehicle may be less than what you owe on the lease or loan. Our Guaranteed Asset Protection product helps cover the 'gap' between what is owed as of the date-of-loss and what the vehicle is worth.

Tire & Wheel/Dent & Ding Protection

Road hazards are out of your control. Tire & Wheel and Dent & Ding Protection can protect you from unexpected expenses due to road hazards.

Tire & Wheel Protection provides customers with repair or replacement of wheels and tires if they become damaged or unable to hold air due to ordinary road hazards, including:

• Potholes
• Metal parts
• Wood debris
• Rocks
• Composite materials
• Plastic
• Glass

Covered parts include factory or dealer installed wheels/rims; and factory installed tire-pressure sensors, wheel studs, lug nuts, valve stems and caps, wheel locks, and tires with greater than 2/32nd inch tread.

Rest easy knowing our Dent & Ding Protection covers dents and dings on a vehicle's body panels caused by normal wear and tear.

Vehicle Coverage

Vehicle Coverage provides additional coverage on top of the factory warranty. Coverages are available to protect customers from unexpected repair costs for covered breakdowns on new and pre-owned vehicles. Parts and labor costs are included for covered repairs. Benefits include:

• Emergency Roadside Assistance coverage for flat tires, lockout assistance, battery jump starts, emergency gas and fluid delivery, or towing.
• Transferable for a $50 fee. The contract can be transferred to a subsequent owner if the vehicle is sold. 
• Trip Interruption Reimbursement for meals, lodging, and more if a covered breakdown leaves you stranded far from home.
• Rental Car Reimbursement if your vehicle is in a repair facility undergoing covered repairs. 
• Nationwide Coverage if the vehicle breaks down while away from home; visit any repair facility for repairs.
• Deductible Reimbursement if a repair of a covered part is provided by the factory limited warranty. 

First Place Finish Car Care System

First Place Finish products protect your vehicle from the harmful effects of the environment, everyday spills, and mishaps, and helps maintain the appearance and value of your vehicle.

Repel Paint Protection provides a barrier to ultra violet rays, oxidation, and damage from the environment. The barrier chemically bonds to the paint, keeping it shiny for years. The exterior protector shields the vehicle's finish from acid rain, tree sap, bird droppings, bug damage, and road salts.

Fabric Protection with Banoyl® repels both oil and water-based stains by creating an invisible barrier that keeps spills from absorbing into the fabric. Spills such as coffee, juice, grease, soda, and other food spills bead up and can easily be cleaned and lifted away from the fabric's surface.

The Vinyl & Leather Conditioner protects vinyl and leather from fading and cracking due to sun exposure. The product's UV inhibitors seal out ultraviolet rays and give it a soft and beautiful finish without leaving a greasy film.
